It is wholly acceptable for the regional government to have secure forums for the discussion of regional policy if only to keep guests and spammers from taking the thread off topic.
I believe UPS Rail was referencing the openness of our governmental systems (i.e. the Senate and High Court of the NPO forums). And the lack of malice exhibited between our member nations.

With respect to the Delegate and Ambassador of the Meritocracy. let's put it this way: If all of the sudden I transfered my UN membership to one of my puppets here, and through some hard work, stealth and luck managed to usurp Francos position. Once done I said a number of very nice things for a few days built up a sense of trust and security then late one night close to the update I ejected all of the NPO supporters, placed them on a ban list and joined the ADN. I am assuming, Black Adder of the cunning plans, that you are referring to this post with your: Honestly, as a general observer (and wouldn't that be a great name for a country) I do not see an allegation there. It outlines, fairly succinctly, what appears to have occured within the NP. If this is otherwise, please enlighten me. Whether or not UPS Rail was with the NPO before this occured, he has chosen to join his region to the NPO. If the other nations within his region wish the NP to leave the NPO, they should be free to do so, if they can find another delegate. |

Again I point out, apparently.
We have everyone in NS looking for the flimsiest shred of evidence linking the two and they come up with supposed quotes with no hyperlinks and an IP for a city with 500,000 people. Damning but circumstantial. We have moderation violating rules by altering world factbook entries and fooling with the NP banlist. Now, we are the corrupt ones?
This is a field day for the Antis and they haven't had to prove a thing.

actually I was teh 3rd gunman, I was supposed to shoot Jackie and the first two gunmen as well but got occupied cause I had to shoor Kennedy twice becaus egov Connoly got in the way.
