The West Pacific is in the middle of a battle for the delegacy.
Norion and co must have missed Ms Darlins rise in the endorsement stakes.

I'll be intrigued to see if Norion boots her.

The recruiter for the Realm of Criminology was just banned by Norion without any explanation. The recruiter, Sir Robert Peel, was sending individual t-grams for recruitment (and avoiding posting on the Civil HQ, as was requested) and he was banned. Recently, many of the delegates asked for recruiters to make individual t-grams and to quit posting on the civil hq, so I'm curious as to why Norion would ban a recruiter for a region that is dedicated to justice? Perhaps I'm venting a bit because it's my region (and the recruiter is a good friend of mine), but I am quite confident that Sir Robert Peel had done nothing wrong.

Do you know if Ms Darlins got booted?
I can tell you that both Norion and Darlin have 500 endorsements, but Norion will have 494 after the update. This could be the end of his reign in the West Pacific!
I believe I speak for all members of The Pacific when I say I watch this situation with keen interest!

Yeah, I'm watching now. I wasn't too interested until it got personal!

Ive apuppet in there at the moment and I think I can confidently predict that Norion will boot her rather than let ther take the delegacy. In all fairness, she probably plans to boot him.
edit, Peel was ejected for adfvertising a foreighn region. While it may be within the rules, theres no saying the feeder delegates have to make it easy.

Hmmm, a) they didn't miss it, Darlin and Norion have been going back and forth on the regional boards a lot, Norion just waited a long time to make up an excuse to eject her, and b) yeah I agree with you, Az, if she overtakes him he'll eject her at the last minute (and visa versa if she gets it anyway).

I happen to love this development because it gives our government and its representatives good cause to argue those that disagree with us re: "Democracy."

I've been pointing that out to them and they don't seem to agree. Fancy that. Free speech is a wonderful thing if you agree with my viewpoint apparently. What's with Gosstoepia, rather ill tempered fellow. Always telling me to get out. Not very pleasant at all really.

Wow, have all the sharks circling me now. Asking if I'm an official Rep for the NPO and all. Obviously I'm not but very high degree of paranoia going on over there. Rather suspect I face a Sedition Trial on their forums now. Going to look up from my desk one day and get a Bolshevik weilding an Ice pick trying to perforate my skull no doubt. *sigh*

Greetings - I hope it is not inappropriate for me to post here, and if so, please delete as needed.
Rather than let mis-information fester perhaps I could, as a Minister in the West Pacific government, clear a few items up. Clear information is always the best, don't you agree?
Norion and Darlin have been in an election 'battle' for the last few months, actually. Several other nations dropped out early on in the election cycle. The actual election ended, and per our Constitution, Darlin has accepted the post of Vice Delegate. The trouble is is that she needs to shed about a hundred endorsements within a week; she has told me that it is hard to get rid of them and I can sympathize. However, our Constitution is clear on that count.
And it was I asking Black Adder questions; I happened to see him online and remembered I meant to ask him that, as part of an investigation in another matter. His status was unclear (due, undoubtedly, to our poor intel net : ) I apologize if I seemed threatening in anyway, that was not my intent.
If anyone has questions regarding our (WestPac) election process, please feel free to contact me. Although I did not write that particular section I was part of the group that produced our Constitution and feel reasonable sure I can help.
Thank you for your time
