There has been a change in delegacy in the North Pacific, the new delegate is UPS Rail. I am looking forward to working with him.

Those nations who wish to run for the delegacy are strongly encouraged to post their platforms. I personally believe that better relations happen through an open exchange of ideas. Interesting read. Has he issued any positions on the NPO since ascending to the Delegacy? Perhaps his thoughts on the subject have changed now that he is somewhat aware of the work involved in running a feeder region. He may have found a new respect for the efficiency of the NPO.

Perhaps his thoughts on the subject have changed now that he is somewhat aware of the work involved in running a feeder region. He may have found a new respect for the efficiency of the NPO. I'm not so certain about the efficiency part but he is one of the few people who has respectfully listened to me when I say that an invasion of the Pacific is no longer an option. Logisticly speaking, getting a 650 nation force together without emptying out whole regions and leaving them open for invaders is quite impossible. You will find that his main push is against apathy, he wants to get more people involved and will be working to that end internally. The best thing for The Pacific to do is take a wait and see attitude, my personal feelings are that it is time for some internal stability so I will do my best to make sure that UPS Rail is around for a good while.

All I have to say is that UPS Rail has ascended and made a rather bold statement concerning how he feels about the NPO. Perhaps someone should directly ask him again how he feels. I'll bet he says something similar.
Just goes to show, can't trust those brown trucks. Never have and never will. I prefer Fed Ex anyway.

A change in the North Pacific delegacy you say? You must really be out of the loop, Wilkshire surpassed Twoslit a number of months back and held the delegacy for about three months. Then Blackshear held the delegacy for a short period time but there was a crisis and Magicality stepped into the picture. Unfortunately Mangicality has been stricken ill in RL and has not been physically able to serve as our delegate so this past week UPS Rail was given the go ahead to start campaigning again. He surpassed her total in about 24 hours. For an answer to the second question I will refer you to Twoslit. I don't feel I should comment on an unprovoked personal attack.

Given the persistent terrorist attacks based out of there can you honestly say you're surprised?

The only thing that I don't get is how UPS got to power. I've heard that FARK was involved, I've heard Francos Spain....
