The Savage Lands saw that what he was doing, with the FPA terrorist organisation, was clearly wrong, in mid December. Thus he was no longer an enemy.
Redemption for those who seek it.

Well, that's been explained already. Savage turned to the NPO and Francos accepted his offer of help. Thorin probably gave the best summary of it. I'm not 100% convinced that SLR was an NPO agent from the beginning, based on his past as a delegate here in the Pacific. Further, I do believe he seeks power and was probably not satisfied with his role in the Free Pacific Army. After all, wouldn't you tire of being the head of a useless army? I've been reading through the threads of the pacific army's forums and all I see is a lot of "woe is us" and bickering about what to do. Perhaps Savage did start out resisting the NPO to gain the delegate seat again, and when he realized that this was a futile attempt (and perhaps saw a weakness in the other Pacific regions) he embraced the NPO. This, of course is pure speculation on my part.

Indeed, I have dropped the facade of the "freedom fighter." I came to realize that The Free Pacific Army was doing nothing more than terrorizing the peaceful nations of the Pacific.
Emperor Franco has brought unmatched stability and peace to the Pacific in his 5 month reign.
I have come to realize that the NPO is truly just in its cause. The Holy Light of Nur shall shine upon Emperor Franco and the New Pacific Order.
In fact, I shall now say a prayer for Emperor Franco and The New Pacific Order. I ask that the other residents of the Pacific bow their heads and pray along with me:
Our Father, Who art in Heaven, hallowed be Thy name, I pray to you today to ask that you bless Emperor Franco and the New Pacific Order. Give them the strength to fend off the attacks of Nurless heathens from the shores of the Pacific.
Bless them with the fortitude to lead the Pacific to heights never before seen, and to serve the nations of the Pacific to the best of their abilities.
Bless the good nations of the Pacific, and shine your Holy Light upon their leaders and citizens.
In Nur's name, Amen.

Hello The Godly El Sabah Nur OOC hope your wedding went well, END OOC Well well the errant son is back in the folds of the motherland/fatherland i see OOC: Thank you kindly. IC: I believe the Pacific is probably considered a "motherland" as Russia is. In my heart, I never really left the Pacific. I used to be the delegate here, it's my home. Now I'm just here to spread the Good Word of El Sabah Nur, the Christ Incarnate.

Well just one thing on my mind at the moment
Are you here to take a back seat or be at the forefront in the politics of the NPO but as being an ex delegate how far down the pecking order are you prepared to stay

OOC: Well normally it would be impossible for me to stay far down in the pecking order, as it doesn't satisfy my huge ego, but real life matters are on the horizon, so I just don't have the time to be a major player right now. Perhaps in the future.

If they ever find it in their hearts to trust you. I believe Emperor Franco trusts my intentions. He should, as we worked together toward a common goal.

but that common goal ended in failure, when we want something badly we choose the strangest of allies, which can be discarded just as easily in the end

Whether or not you think it ended in failure really depends on your point of view. No, the New Pacific Order did not gain control of the South Pacific, but it did prove its capability of fighting back against foreign aggression. Keep in mind the South Pacific has been one of the main regions leading the invasions against the Pacific.
The NPO hit the South Pacific on their own turf, and came within inches of taking it from them. Eyes have no doubt been opened.
