I think, Mamoth, what we're trying to say is that for our region, given our desire to NOT weaken the delegate, its better we stick to diplomacy than invasion. That doesn't mean our idea of a small group working hard to create allies is a bad idea, though... Yes, definitely. I would just say that it would be wise to scrutinize those allies to make sure that they are like-minded. Perhaps we could ally ourselves with an army that opposes our enemies?

Take your pick from the invader groups in that case. None of them are particularly political in the sense that they invade indiscriminately.

If we were to involve ourselves with them we would need them to be discriminate. We would need them to act in accordance to failed diplomacy and not take matters into their own hands. That's why some groups, like the AA, would be dangerous for us to ally with.

The smaller regions then. They could more easily be influenced. We have a few nations here with previous experience. We could even take them under our wing, show them the ropes, create a supra-Pacifican elite of the NPO, recruited solely from invaders? If it could be made to work, we would have a fighting force without harming the delegates endorsement count.

Now that's an interesting idea. Steal from invaders to create a fighting force. Might be a bit too autonomous? (sp?)

Joining with large invader regions could be more hassle than it is worth, they may want compensation (power in the NPO) Smaller regions could work though.
