Well, TGESN, you apparently had quite a bit of time on your hands. Thank you though for your effort and assistance. You were rather liberal in your reporting though, so I must state that the following nations were ruled not to be in violation of the Civil Code:
And that still leaves the total well in excess of 50 nations, and The Godly El Sabah Nur, it is my rather surprised honor to make you the Pacific's first Centurion. It must have taken a lot of effort to go through all the nations of the region so quickly yet so thoroughly, and your help truly is appreciated.
One brief note though, while your reporting of subversive and invading nations is welcome and well-received, it should be noted that these do not count toward Legion/Centurion status; this is limited to nations prosecuted under rule 1008 only.
Erratika: Your enthusiasm is encouraging, but please make your standard for reporting nations a slightly less stringent. As it stands, these nations were deemed not to be in violation of the Civil Code: Necronomicondominion, ShmoeTheHo (*coughhe'sendorsingmecough*), Camp Hill near Elmira (marijuana-related flags are permissible), Gumpschtoff, Five Foot and Under, Beaverterrian, Exvia, Lactating Nuns (heh heh), Greven, Eric Warsaba the Great, Tony the Tiger Woods.
Apologies, but you're just short of the 10 required for Legion status. If I were a nicer guy, I'd just give it to you, but since there is quite a number of other nations who tirelessly weed out the most vile vermin from the cracks of our soil, I'm afraid I cannot. However, if any existing Legion would be in favor of just granting Erratika the title for the effort and still-impressive output, this decision will be rethought. Thank you, Erratika.
And as it happens, Flag Thief notified me of what he was doing, so he was not in violation of 1007. Not to mention the fact that the nation is actually a rather humorous joke. The nation "victimized" me just the other day. Heh.
