NPO Legions and the Enforcement of the Civil Code

With the exponential growth our region has been experiencing over the last several weeks, the enforcement of rule 1008 of the Civil Code has become increasingly more challenging for the administration to uphold on its own. Thus, we need your help! If you spot a nation with an inappropriate name, flag, or motto, please report said nation on this thread.

As a reward for nations' service to their region, anyone reporting 10 or more violators of rule 1008 will be ordained an NPO Legion and have the option of receiving "Legion" as their forum title. Likewise, those reporting 50 or more violators of 1008 will be appointed "Centurion" and receive such as a forum title.

Excellent work. I especially love the table you set up. I booted all nations but Ban Me Franco and Ban Me now1, as I try not oblige nations with such names. Also, when checking the nation Zzzzzzzzzzz to see whether it was active (I won't boot gibberish nations so long as they're active), I saw from the flag (and subsequently drew a connection from the nation name to the name of a region held by the puppetmaster) that this nation was a puppet of Bleasdale. So let the record show that Zzzzzzzzzzz was booted for violation 0002 of the Civil Code, and not 1008.

I am proud name you our first NPO Legion, T-Form. Thank you very much for your help.

Very good and thank you for the list. However, I did not boot Bootycallin, Breastfed, Bustiers, BWM, Cannabisable, or Cannibus Smokers. We're not exactly prudes here; just going for the overtly offensive and unwanted ones. I think the first three nations' names are tasteless but overall inoffensive, and for the latter three, it would be very inappropriate for us to boot them solely for their opinions on the political issue of marijuana. Oh, and thank you for also posting Corinthe for Delegate. Let the record show that this nation was booted for violation 0004 of the Civil Code.

You have still shown us 10 inappropriate nations, Abysseria, and I am happy to bestow upon you the title of NPO Legion. Many thanks for your assistance.

Booted all but Undead Llamas and Tucaba. Llamas' motto was crude, but not necessarily warrenting booting. Maybe if I were British I'd take more offense to being called "Buggerface" though... Heh. And I'm not sure I understand Tucaba's motto.

It should be pointed out here that not all nations reported here are being booted solely for violation of 1008. Their nation's activity level (i.e. "Have they logged on since the nation was created?") and other factors also play a part in determining who stays and who goes. In the case of Timmy the Crazy, his motto was not enough to warrent booting on its own, but the fact that he was UN member having been endorsed by his delegate and did not return, was coupled with 2005 to warrent booting. (2005 of the Civil Code is never enforced by itself; it is always coupled with another offense.)

And Thorin, it is my privelege to reward your service to the region with the title of NPO Legion. You have our gratitude.

This is a list of nations I found with nonsense names after noticing the similarities between Retertertertret (which I discovered after entering a random start point into the "List all nations" URL) and Asdasdasdasd. They use adjacent letters in the same row of the keyboard. I expect there are a number I've missed, as I concentrated on the middle row of keys.

Thank you for continuing to point out these eyesores to us. That you continue to invest your time in keeping our region clean after having already reported 10 nations and attaining the corresponding title shows that your dedication to the Pacific is true and transcends simple desire for glory on a personal level.

However, in order to recognize those nations whose particularly stellar devotion to the well-being of the Pacific resonates, a new mark will be set. Those who report a total of 50 or more nations in violation of rule 1008 of the Civil Code shall be designated Centurions of the New Pacific Order (and will have the option of "Centurion" as a forum title.) (And I know that technically legions are groups whereas centurions are individuals, but I still think the latter commands more prestige than the former.)

That said, thank you T-Form and please keep up the excellent work.

Of the nations listed in your first post following my last message on this thread, all were recommended to Poskrebyshev for booting. From the second list, the following nations were allowed to stay for the parenthetical reasons: Akgljdzg (active), Bulging Pants (suggestive but not vulgar), Bwala (motto not quite boot-worthy), Wee Willie Winkey (immature, tasteless, but not boot-worthy), Wolf Nipple Chips (less than vulgar), Xitlifutyx (nation has been active), Zzyxx (nation too young to tell).

I know the line for acceptable and unacceptable is pretty gray (looking back, Bulging Pants should probably have been included with the rest of the booted), but it is no problem to discuss and distinguish what is and is not boot-worthy.

And from your third list, all nations were recommended for expulsion.
