Some of the nazi regimes have crossed the line from RP to offensiveness. Those regimes have been appropriately punished.

Other fascist regimes have not yet crossed that line.

We, therefore, cannot punish them until they do so and must instead permit them to live in the Pacific. You'll see that no member of the NPO regime role plays or supports any such nation.

For example, I dont think "The harder you suck balls, the more you get out of em'" is an acceptable motto. I'm not sure about the finer points on what is an isn't acceptable, but I would like to help.

Fascism is al legitimate political system, not to be confused with nazism.
While it is ultra-nationalistic, and hence usually features aspects of racism (implied not inherent ie, the interests of the nation come before all else, hence foreighn nationals are a threat to the over all welfare of citizens), the racism seen in fascism is often no more extreme than that found in contemporary culture, especially Europe where xenophobia is especially prevalent.
Im not denying that fascism when applied in RL has shown little sign of being suitable to the long term running of a state, the theory itself should not be villified

On an interesting side note, fascism is a right wing system, Germany under Hitler was actually closer to the left in terms of social policy. The British National Party in the same way is actually further to the left than Blair's labour when it comes to economics and social policy.
The lesson here is, nothing is clearcut.

Although Hitlers party was originally the "National Socialists", he quickly changed this and put the onto the right, supporting big business, not the left. I think this is fairly well shown by his massacring communists who resided in countries he controlled.

However, we should not persecute anybody for there beliefs, this would make us no better than the rascists themselves. But like Abysseria said, there is a line which can easily be crossed by these people.

Perhaps we are becoming overzealous in our ousting of traitors. The Pacific is now the smallest of all the breeder regions. I thank Francos Spain for showing that we can be tolerant of others mottos and randomness, but perhaps expultion for the purpose of expultion is a bad policy.

Hypothetical analogy:

If a society valued body weight highly, one could gain prestige in that society by not washing himself, and thus letting filth accumulate on him to artificially increase his weight. It is far more noble for one to wash himself at the minor expense of a fraction of his body weight in order to keep himself presentable, and only exhibit that weight which is genuine and desirable, as the detrimental alternative carries undesirable side-effects and would crumble under scrutiny.
