I'd like to see the evidence of your 1005 violator. Might be a subversive nation.

Merely a post on the Pacific boards requesting endorsements from people willing to give him cheese and a free shirt Are the first three that I posted here in fact violators of code 1008 though?

This post was made by the same nation I suspected of possibly violating Code 1005, in response to a warning by Thorin made against another nation: I'd say that's a clear violation

Sarda, I reported him to our benevolent leader. I should check my t-grams as well. Might be interesting!

Alas, I was correct. Here's an interesting t-gram that I received from that notable nation:

Unfortunately I don't think he knows what he's talking about So, if Francos concurs, he'll be ejected and presumably I'll be one step closer to "Legion" status?

Also, I was just wondering, how is section 1006 of the Civil Code enforced? How do we know if the nations know each other or not?
(Cuz I see quite a few people who have endorsed nations that aren't part of the gov't)

Okay, let's not go crazy on this thread!
Use the thread to report violators of 1008. All other violations should be reported directly to one of the Senators or our Beloved Emperor.
Regarding 1006, if your gut tells you that its possible (usually vis a vis chats on the Civil HQ and cross-endorsements) chances are that they have infracted the code and should be reported. Our Senators have ways to check the veracity of our reports.

I appreciate it Thorin You've been extremely helpful since I joined. I do hope to join the ranks of the Legion, and eventually achieve the title of Centurion, but I'm holding off until I'm 100% of my reports

Thanks for answering my question Warrior Thorin But, wouldn't Franco, or one of the Senators, be annoyed by my constant flooding of their mailbox for code violations? (Who'd be the best to send them to?)
