I received a telegram today that asked me to swap endorsements with someone. First off I can not endorse anyone thanks to my roommate having a Un nation in the game and we have to share the same computer. If I am wrong on that someone please let me know. I thought I read in here somewhere that people were not supposed to do that swapping thing. Can anyone tell me what the rules on this are. Sorry Iam new but I am trying to get up to speed.

You are right, you cannot endorsement swap unless you are in the UN, meaning that this nation is not onle a subvertor, but incredibly stupid. It is illegal to endorsement swap in The Pacific.
I would ask that you report whatever nation asked you to do this to a senator. Your loyalty in the matter is appreciated.

The best way to report it to a senator is through PM, here on the site. The senate are: Francos Spain, InfernoIce, Poskrebyshev, Bertram Stantrous, Mammothistan and Unlimited .

Wild Woman,
Just so you know, the Senate is the governing body of the Pacific. They have maintained our civil code and the laws of our region. They are completely trustworthy and have unwavering loyalty to the delegate, Francos Spain.
You can approach them on any matter.
Take care, Aby

I am not in the UN, neither care to, but if I was and someone endorsed me, part of being in this region brings the duty of reporting them for such?

Yes, it is the duty of all to report offendors of the civil code. In regard to 1008 - Inapropriate names and mottoes etcetc there is a dedicated thread in the High Court Forum. Other offendors should be reported directly to a Senator.
