Calm Comrade. Endorsements are a way of showing support. In the NPO we have a cap limiting the number you may have. It is located in the Civil Code. I do not post the number as I encourage you to read it in its entirety.
Many do not understand the importance of an endorsement and run afoul of the way we administrate the Pacific region. Do not fall into this trap. You are under no obligation to endorse anyone but to truly show your support you should endorse above all Comrade Franco. Since he has moved temporarily I advise Comrade Poskrebyshev and any other Senate member with UN status as well. The list is in the header at the top of the site here. It is good you have come to your Comrades in the revolution to seek advice.

Just to clear up any possible confusion.

Endorsements assist in protecting the region against hostile invaders, whether foreign or domestic.
A powerful delegate is less likely to be surpassed by an opponent. This keeps the region stable (and you don't have the chaos like we are seeing in the North Pacific).
Endorse or not as YOU choose. And above all, remember:
It's only a game.
