Greetings from the interstellar Empire of Packilvania. I am the president of the East Pacific Senate. I come here on peaceful terms. First some background. Packilvania Originally started in the Pacific. When the revolution started, The country's army and leaders where forced to flee. They settled on a small island in the East Pacific. Eventually the island was destroyed, and Packilvania moved into space. We prospered and spread the East Pacific Sphere of influence deep into uncharted space.
Packilvania originally held deep hatred for the NPO, but has recently come back to investigate. It seems that peace has been prominent, and that Francos actually holds many of the same ideals as our own. Therefore we have decided to send a diplomatic offer to the Pacific. The senate of the East Pacific has largly decided to recognize the Pacific as a legitamate power in the world. The resolution will pas in a day or two. What I, of the senate, propose is an opportunity for a NAP and possibly, in the future, a defensive alliance. I plan to propose the issue in the East Pacific senate as soon as I recieve aproval from the Pacific side. I wish you nothing but peace, and invite members of the pacific to tour the East Pacific's facilities.

The Pacific warmly welcomes The Interstellar Empire of Packilvania to the NPO forum. As with the South Pacific, our regions have an unfortunate history with one another, although not to the same extent, we nevertheless are eager to seize this opportunity for peace and the restoration of friendship between the Pacific and the East Pacific.
It is unfortunate that your nation was adversely affected in the turmoil following the Revolution, but we should take pride in having each grown stronger and better from having endured these challenges. We applaud your openmindedness in exploring the NPO past the dated misconceptions and superficial rumors of the past.
We are honored that the East Pacific has taken/is taking these steps to recognize our government and the people it represents. We hope that the final vote indeed turns out in a manner favorable to the peaceful interaction between our respective regions. The idea of a defensive alliance is most welcome one, which promises a symbiosis and mutual strengthening between us.
We stand eager, awaiting a positive outcome in the discussions of East Pacific Senate. I would encourage members of the Pacific who are interested to accept the invitation to your forum, that we may get to know each other better as a whole.
We thank you for coming to us in this manner, -Francos Spain

Wait! Hang on, hang on... I haven't made my report yet... I was waiting for Honored Poskyrebshev to clear it...
anyway, El Caudillo... um... yes. My mission to the East Pacific was a qualified success, and I'm awaiting further orders. 1 Infinite Loop has recognised you as the rightful delegate of the Pacific, and is probably going to announce the recognition of the NPO at any time.
I wanted to be able to tell everyone...
*softly weeps* /me

Well done Wabu-Dhati, I am greatly pleased to see this opening of relations between the East Pacific as well as the West Pacific. The correctness of this initiative is being vindicated by the hand of time and has passed it's point of greatest vulnerability. The fear is being rolled back and to varying degrees of surprise to some, a new and clear reality emerges from the murk and depths of prejudice. And yes, One Infinite Loop rocks.... You will need of course to be prepared for vigourous debate and to grow a thicker skin but the satisfaction of succeeding with mutual respect where force has only failed before is beyond measure. Good luck with your new role and enjoy the invigourating exchange that comes with it. The recent progress made in South Pacific and Pacific relations is also very gratifying. Suu Kyi

Ohayo! Hajime mashite!
Well, the vote was passes the EP as a whole recognizes FS, and I heartily suggest we also recognize the NPO.
I will admit at one time I worked against FS, but since have realized the error of my ways, I got caught up in the popular movement, I am glad Corinthe didnt get the Pacific, becasue after seeing what she did as wqueen of the young world she would not have lasted. and the pacific would be tossed into turmoil and chaos, and possibly have a ADN overloard right now.
