What does everyone here think will happen should, god/vishnu (or whoever) forbid, Francos get deleted? Will Posk just move up in the chain of command? Will we await his resurrection?

With all due respect, Sarda, such speculation isn't warranted at this time.

Well if he doesn't have vacation mode on...start worrying. I think Posk will take over or I will pick up and move to the Pacific and everyone can finally see FS isn't a dictator.

Pierconium, with all due respect, he's sixteen days inactive and that's worth worrying about.

That is still 12 days from deletion provided he isn't on vacation mode.
The unknowing masses can be nervous from the 27th day to the 29th day to see if he returns or if he is on vacation mode.

It doesn't matter if he returns or not, guys. The NPO is stronger than one person and will outlast whatever anyone throws at it.
We've long denied accusations that the NPO is nothing more than Franco and his cronies, why dispair at being given the opportunity to prove it?
He might come back, or he might not - it doesn't matter. We still have a competent government and a great region.

That is a very good observation Tar A.
While we all of course would love to see Francos Spain return to The Pacific, if he does not, the NPO will persevere.

I fail to see the need.
As Tar A stated, currently, and until his nation ceases to exist, Francos Spain is the leader of the NPO, but the NPO is more than just one man. Poskrebyshev has the trust of Francos Spain and therefore the trust of the peoples of The Pacific and the NPO.
The NPO Senate has the well being of The Pacific in mind, I am sure, and will therefore maintain civility regardless of what may come our way in the coming days.

I agree Tar and Pierconium. The revolution, the NPO was spearheaded by Franco but it is more than the man behind the nation. The NPO is more than the Pacific. The NPO is a philosophy which has grown beyond this region and our leader.
No matter what happens the NPO will survive and grow with or without Franco, Poskrebyshev or anyone else. As Tar said this is bigger than us being merely Jackbooted henchmen of Franco. The NPO has become an alternative to the pseudo democracies which dot the landscape. Franco began the movement for order with the backing of the Senate. We as membership by our presence and work have picked up that torch and perpetuated it here and beyond. The question of leadership is of secondary importance, Franco's legacy will live on should he expire or return.

Old players never die, they simply ... sort of thing, eh?
Although I am not currently in region, I do peek in on the region to see the board. Nothing really out of the ordinary. Spammers still spam; recruiters still recruit; Unfree still has a running battle with Myrth; hecklers still heckle; chatters still chat; and other region's reps continue to remind us all that we are only human.
I have to agree with Pierconium, Tar A, and Black adder that nothing is amiss in the Pacific. With one exception: I am not posting the PSAs.
I wonder if I should create a series of PSAs while I am in the RR? What do you think, BA?

Would be interesting to see what Kandarin would think of that...

all glory is fleeting, remeber that. Glory has no place in the issue at hand. Glory is an empty accolade we do not seek, we seek order and stability.

what I mean is nothing lasts and genrally it seems the longer you say something will last the shorter it actually will.
