Well, after finally getting through all that, I am disgusted. After all the lies and crap they spam everrywhere about Franco? And all you told was the truth.
Anyway, at least the mods are "considering their position", it's a start.

My heart goes out to you Nur. Hopefully you will regain your nation's when they re-consider.
Has anyon else noticed the increase in mod decision that are made by a single mod but are then withdrawn for consideration by the collective + [violet]. The Central Asia is a joke and now we have Nur being deleted.

That decision is horribly one-sided. I'm glad they are re-considering.

This is absolutely egregious. I think it borders on entrapment.
I know I have sent out many political telegrams and was even reported for doing so and Sirrocco himself ruled that I had not violated any rule because I only sent one telegram per nation. I think these mods need to get on the same sheet of music.

After the South Pacific telegramming fiasco, I spoke with Neutered Sputnicks himself about political telegramming, who assured me that telegrams purely political in nature (his example was "so-and-so is a bad leader") were legal. I passed his words onto Savage, who is now deleted for doing that? It's really bad, when the mods can't even coordinate their own efforts.
They say they are "discussing" the matter, which most likely means ignoring it until the situation dies, but all I can say is they better either reverse this deletion, or issue a hard and fast ruling that they stick to in future. I'm getting more than a little sick of these double standards myself.

Any news on the mods' "discussion"?

NS Mods historically have not favored black and white rules because it restricts them in handing out punishment or corrections. Unfortunately it exposes one to the flavour of the week mentality and the flavour is definitely not SLR's nor Franco's. The only way you can hope to get this redressed is by continually asking in concert with other players. They frown on puppets making it appear like a general outrage.
Best of luck. The NPO has made a mockery of the ejection rules which were meant to control invaders. This isn't a condemnation, rather its an observation. When they instituted the ability they never foresaw it could be used the way it is here. This alone makes you a very tempting target to slap at. If you have the legal backing you have the justification to continue asking without fear of retribution. Keep pushing and the known defenders of such Moderator infractions will step up to the plate and demand answers. Patience and time.
