Greetings Pacific,
Just re-entered The Pacific from Lazarus. Beautiful region Lazarus when you are dead but it kind of sucks when revived. So I am back amongst those are alive and some whom are brain-dead.
Advisors in Armour.

Welcome back to the game and the region, AdvisorsinArmour. You know, I was just talking about you about a week or so ago. How long have you been absent? You have no doubt missed much. In any event, I hope your zombified nation can once again enjoy itself in NS. (That discussion in which you were mentioned, held with a nation whose name was not unsimilar to yours, wouldn't have had anything to do to prompt your return, by chance, would it have? [Just out of curiosity.])

About the discussion with the unsimilar name :"Its is I, Leclerc" to quote a famous hero of the French resistance. This nation was deleted some months ago after a period of inactivity. Thanks for the kind words of welcome from all of you.

If you don't mind me asking, I know there are some regions who still adamentaly oppose Francos as the legitmate ruler of The Pacific. These outsiders amount to terrorist ans spoiled children (some of which are Dutch and cry when they fail to unseat the legitmate seat of power).
I am new to the region, here because I back Francos in what he has been able to accomplish. What is the offical stance against these terrorists?
Does the NPO ignore them, or do they actively wish to wipe such terrorists from the security of there own regions?
I hope that my question does not come across as trying to start trouble.

The official position regarding these subversives is one of libertarianism. We repel all attacks, and eject all spys, but we, unlike some regions, have no army. We can not make a frontal assault and take the delegacy because we don't believe in the initiation of force. Our weapons are reason, words, and diplomacy, not brute force. We do not believe in the initiation of force, but will use force if others try and threaten our region.
