Yes, this is actually a very common occurrence. Our enemies like to harass our supporters in the hopes that they will gain more neophytes for their cause. They rely very heavily on terror, thinking they can scare our supporters away. Truly an honorable cause, eh?
The truth of the matter is that while our opposers may be a little more lax in their policies than we are, they are nonetheless just as "undemocratic." They constantly complain about how our delegate doesn't allow elections, and yet they never let anyone rise to power in their own regions (calling it "endorsement swapping" or some such excuse) unless the people attaining the delegacy are already friends. Sounds more like democratic nepotism to me. Sure, they let people have more than 15 endorsements, but to what end? So someone could say "Gee golly, I sure have an endorsement?" What other purpose can there be to having an endorsement than to gain power?
And what if someone posts an inflammatory post on their forums? Then what happens? Do they politely decide to ignore the person and go about their ways? No, they ban the person from using their forums. They say they believe in freedom of speech, but when someone tries to post their opinions (even if the opinion in question is "u r all gay homos"), they get all pissy.
Let's face the facts: our enemies are hypocrites, pure and simple. Until they willingly allow random people to attain the delegacy and post their angry, stupid comments all over their forums, they are no better than Francos.

I agree completely with the notion of democracy. Look at the mess California has created for itself since they started widespread ballots.
