It's silly. It's poorly worded and includes loopholes. It fails to define its central premise, the "right to humor." It's impractical and doesn't have a coherant basis for the idea that a "right to humor" upholds the "pursuit of happiness."
I would have our delegate remove his support from this resolution.

My nation has voted against this resolution because Article 2 of the Universal Bill of Rights, which the UN already passed, protects free speech. Humor is already protected. No need to do so again!

It's because of resolutions like this that I am not a member of the UN. The UN is the sandbox of the socialist world. Every resolution pushes the nations to some centrist utopia. Bah.
