Nations looking to appeal their ejection from the Pacific may post in this thread. Please provide a brief statement of who you are, when you were ejected, and why you believe that your ejection should be appealed. I will then contact you for further information. There is no need to make a political statement nor provide any facts at this time.

You have ejected TWO of my puppet nations! PuppetStateofDafidius and New Pau-Ar have been ejected! They advertised twice a day. I am sorry, we love the NPO. Let them back in please!

Upon presentation of evidence by the Office of the Attorney General of The Pacific the High Court would like to submit into record the final Judgement on the appeal of one Dafitopiapolis in regards to that nations stated puppet nations of PuppetStateofDafidius and New Pau-Ar.
Having made an appeal in the appropriate manner and having had said appeal reviewed by the AG's Office and having further had said appeal recommendations forwarded to the High Judge of The Pacific, the High Court grants the appeal noting the following stipulations:
I. Dafitopiapolis shall make a statement to the effect that his region will abide by NationStates rules regarding one advertisement per region per 12 hour period. This rule has been stated by the Mods and shall be followed.
II. Dafitopiapolis shall publicly apologize for violating Code 2003 of the Civil Code.
III. Dafitopiapolis shall publicly acknowledge understanding that future violations of his or any nation affiliated with The Realms of Knowledge may be permanently banned if they violate this agreement in the future.
This is the Judgement of the High Court. It will be forwarded to the Delegate.
This Court awaits the statements of Dafitopiapolis regarding these issues.

If so, then here they are:

I publicly acknowledge that future violations of these great codes of any nation of mine of the humble and inferior region the Realms of Knowledge may be permanently banned if ever they do violate these great rules.

After the adequate completion of set conditions and consultation with the High Court; the nations of 'PuppetStateofDafidius' and 'New Pau-Ar' have been unbanned and will be allowed back into the region.
