This is an old post, your comment likewise mine aren't necessary. I would hope that it is implied we all have personal lives and that no one is needed to point this out or defend why we take a few days or a week off.

But when you want to lead a region and you aren't around for weeks, then this can't be tolerated. As long as everyone knows that you're traking days off, and whatnot, then there isn't any question about it.
