Andropov, I notice you currently have over 40 endorsements, which means you're breaking 0001 of the Civil Code. Care to explain yourself? I that is against the civil code, then why do so many nations have at least 50? I have seen at least 15, i think.

I have been lenient because of all the swapping that was done int he recent invasion, however, such leniency can only go on so long.

Why does it matter if they go over 40, anyway? You have 300+ endorsements. It's not like anybody's going to take over with 50 endorsements...

The endorsement cap is actually a changing thing, and because of the threat of pre-endorsements, where one person can control hundreds of nations, we consider what the delegate has, what the largest army that could be wielded is, factor in sleepers and unendorsement campaigns, subtract an X factor, and then we get the endorsement cap. The current "cap" is above 40, but because we do not have the new forums, we can't change the civil code.

hehehe. The problem with that Nucleo is he says "75" so you bring in 74 of ya mates to endorse you, you hit 75 and the cap goes through the equation again and because of an extra 75 sleeper nations (who you brought in) it then becomes 20.

acutally, I'm offended by that. If you listened to other threads, you would know that I'm not here to endorsement swap, nor have I brought any nations in to endorse me. Every nation endorsing me is doing it only because they wanted to. I did not ask them to endorse me. Any endorsements I have are from "natives," and any that aren't, I don't know about...

Actually, Nucleo has been very careful to maintain his endorsement level. He has asked nations to not endorse him because he is trying to comply with the Civil Code. (In case no one has noticed, I have!)

*once again that Aussie past-time of poking fun gets me into trouble* I retract my statement as an official one. Please note it was meant in fun and meant as poking fun at the process. A thing we Aussies love to do. Nucleo, you have my apology. Tharain.
