Hello citizens and officials of the NPO, I'd like to introduce myself. I'm the newest reporter working the beat for Network Radio. Some of you may have already read my first article on the failed merger between the RRA and what was the FPA. I'm aware that the relationship between the NPO and Network Radio is broken. I'd like to extend an opportunity to try to rekindle a mutually beneficial relationship. Network Radio benefits by regaining access to NPO officials; NPO benefits by getting their viewpoint out through an independant and hopefully objective information outlet. Of course, the conflict of the past was based on allegations that Network Radio was not objective; that it portrayed the NPO in a negative light that was not backed up by the facts. While I'm not in a position to accept or dispute this, I hope we're all ready to put the past behind us. In practical terms, my offer is this. I'd like to do a story simply on the aims and goals of the NPO. This won't be a hard investigative piece, more of a "spotlight on the NPO" to borrow a phrase from the NS webpages. It won't be a fluffy bunny, either, but it will be fair, or it won't be published. Please consider my offer and let me know what you think. If we can let bygones be bygones, we all stand to benefit.

Has anyone replied to this? Are we taking action on this?

The NPO has boycotted Network Radio ,due to their highly biased and downright slanderous "news" reporting.

In case anyone here does not regularly read the NS forums, I found this post in reference to NetWork Radio to be extremely funny.

Personally I think we should re-open the dialogue. Their new reporter appears to live up to his name and to be a cut above the hacks that usually occupy the NetworkRadio.

My suggestion is that if you do want to use their website, be careful to NOT join their website. I am concerned that they may be watching IPs (they've had mine for a while). Since Network Radio seems biased, I don't think it is beneath them to give away IPs to members of the resistance.

I'd be happy to conduct any interviews here on these forums, or any other place for that matter, if that's all it took. Hell, we can use TGs if it makes a difference.

Its basically a forum where a select group post reports on recent events in Nationstates. There was some contoversy over a biased report made by one of the reporters (Twinkles if memory serves). It was, shall we say, less than diplomatic in its view of the Pacific, hence this gentlemans polite request for a resumption of polite dialogue.

I would execute him just to be sure,if he dies then he was telling the truth and we should trust Network Radio. If he doesnt then he is obviously the work of the devil and we should not trust them.

Greetings. I'm fully aware of the boycott, as anyone who has read this thread knows. However, anyone who has read this thread also knows that I'm trying to re-open a relationship between the NPO and NetworkRadio based on fair and objective reporting. Based on that, I'm including the NetworkRadio broadcast here on this thread, because I believe that the citizens and officials here would be interested in the article, which is all about the NPO. Everyone who reads is encouraged to take part in the discussion on the NPO NetworkRadio boards. And may I remind the more paranoid among you that registration is not required. You may participate completely anonymously. I would like to see the NPO viewpoint expressed in the discussion that emerges. Without further ado: ********************************************************** NetworkRadio News Broadcast NPO Gaining Influence by The Objective Reporter visit networkradio.proboards21.com/index.cgi?board=d&action=display&thread=1076368173 to read the article! (Edit by Praetor: It's very presumptuous of you to just defy the boycott because you're proud of your article, but I'll resist the urge to remove the URL. I did, however, change it to a direct link. What the hell was the other one, anyway?) **********************************************************

I would also like to add, that even as a guest posting on the NwR boards, your IP address is taken.

Then they just know that somebody was there from the IP address, but they have no idea whom.
