They've not exactly been acting in what many would consider a rational manner lately.

Despite anything, PopeHope isn't stupid. I know her personally, and can say that much from experience She'd never let anything like that go through.

Since 1 Infinite Loop is a Meritocratic Senator, and the ADN and the Senate enjoy some good relations, I don't think the ADN would go so far... plus, that fact excluded, I just don't think they'd go for such an action. Officially no I don't think they would but there was at least one call on the ADN boards for an Invasion of the EP by the ADN. Its the splinter cells one has to worry about, they've caused enough irritation for those they have decided warrant it with little to no direction from the ADN to cease and desist officially.

Don't if everyone knew about it, but there was the unofficial invasion of the West Pacific not too long ago, during their elections, by rogue ADN members.

Unless ordered by ADN leadership, UN nations that are ADN members, should only be considered 'independent elements' unless the whole of the ADN entered action without officially saying 'we're here as the ADN.'

What about a scenario where they say 'I am ADN and I am here.' Is that ADN member nations acting independantly or some of that Top secret ADN black Ops we've all come to know and love?

Actually, I was the ADN Director of Covert Operations for a very successful month But... I don't know who administrates it right now, but knowing a few of the newer officials... it's a 50/50 chance

Actually, most of the people did say they were there as ADN, but the leadership claimed no knowledge of them. So it's either a black op, or they have no control over their own troops. Either way, it doesn't make them look good.

I honestly don't think they are in 100% control of their troops. If all the ADN troops independently decide to participate, what can they do?

Take a hard line approach. If members of the ADN take action after being told not to, they should be kicked out.

if someone goes and says 'the NPO sent me,' and such is not the case, they should get reprimanded. My 2 cents...

Yes. What's the point of having a leadership if the people under it are allowed to run amok doing as they please? I have this horrible suspicion I'm being set up here, but oh well!

You're not being set up. And to answer Caer Rialis we do have harsh penalties for those who run amok of the civil code and who act independantly claiming authority of the NPO. Public Admonishment. If they accept responsibility and apologize usually they are allowed to continue. I've only seen two instances where it was necessary for members to be castigated for their actions and in both occasions the offenders drifted away. It is a public show and the results are noted by those who choose to concern themselves. I've yet to see anything of equal effect with those who oppose us. Gothicville was a joke of a show trial which netted nothing but the correct assumption nothing is done to reign in renegades.
