I know that I stated in another thread that I was not here in an offical capacity.
But with the new strives being achieved with our Regions, I think it is now past time for me to make this statement to the NPO.
To Francos Spain and the NPO,
I humbly extend my apologies to Francos Spain and the NPO for my actions against your Region, in the past.
I hope that with the steps that we are taking between our Regions that this will help in making those very strives extend longer and wider.
It is only my hope for peace and friendship between our Regions and nothing more.
Respectfully, The Queen of LadyRebels Delegate of the South Pacific Region By Grace of the South Pacific Nations

You don't know our delegate very well, do you? ;D Let me introduce myself. I am Freedom Fighter, Secretary of Defense for The South Pacific. I know that in the past there has been a lot of distrust of each other on both sides of the fence. I feel that we need to move past that and bury the hatchet once and for all. I don't claim to like all of your Civil Code, but this is your region and regions have the right to govern as they see fit. I'll admit that I haven't always felt this way. I did lead the DSP here during the infamous Glitch. But recently I have come to see that things aren't as evil here as the propaganda would have us believe. Things are stable here and the active nations of the region are happy with things as they are. As it is in The SP, I'm sure that the vast majority of the nations could care less what we, as the active members of the region, do here. Most are not active. I hope that our two regions can put our pasts behind us and move forward together in friendship and peace.

Honoured Ladyrebels, I am pleased you have taken this momentous first step. If I attain with the EP but a fraction of what you have attained with us...
I could quit being ambassador, and be happy. But, without the joking, I am glad you have joined us.
A toast!

Hello and greetings, Lady Rebels. It's nice to know that you're feelings have turned for the best. I have not been here that long, but your apology is accepted by me nontheless. We have had our past differences, and in time perhaps we can part from those as well. Welcome to our forums. May this newly founded peace continue to grow.

On behalf of the First Officer of Diplomacy, I recognize LadyRebel's official capacity. Likewise I must formally make it clear that this post is also in an official, government capacity.
Our regions did not get off on the right foot together. But thankfully, after months of mutually destructive warfare, we have come to know one another and finally laid down our weapons, and with the pride and good will of all that is right, we reach instead for the olive branch, something which indeed is likely long overdue.
The Pacific and the NPO accept your apology, and offer you ours as well for the hostile actions committed against you and your region during our time of conflict. It is very regretful that we have caused each other so much damage for no gains, but the important thing is that we look to the future rather than dwell on the past.
We do not hesitate to accept your offer friendship and peace. I eagerly await this future of further camaraderie and interaction between our great regions which lies before us. Let this day go down in history as marking the reconcilliation and commencing of friendly cooperation between the Pacific and the South Pacific. We have achieved the perfect medium for our regions. More than just a ceasefire, but short of formal alliance. The happy middle ground for these powers who differ ideologically, yet whose will for peace and understanding trancends all.
I again thank you, LadyRebels and the South Pacific, for coming to us in this manner and pursuing the path of amicable relations. May this bond remain ever strong.
-Francos Spain
