Nations of The Pacific, I come here today to propose that The South Pacific and The Pacific work together to put together a peace treaty to end the months of fighting that has gone on between our two regions. From the time that Francos Spain and the NPO gained power in The Pacific until mid December, The South Pacific was involved in numerous attempts to help the FPA regain control of The Pacific. We did this because we felt that Francos and the NPO were not the legidimate leaders of this region. While this may have had some validity in the beginning to many people, it is not a valid argument now. The Pacific is peaceful and the vast majority of the active nations here approve of this government.
Francos Spain is not guiltless in the ongoing tensions between our regions. He has freely admitted to being a part of the Savage Lands Reloaded attempt to take over The South Pacific. He has appologized and I can understand why he did it.
Reacently Black Adder has come to The SP trying to open the diologue between our regions. He has met some resistance, but overall I think the reception he has gotten has been positive. It is because of BA that many of us have taken the time to come here and see what The NPO is really about. I certainly don't agree with many of the laws you have in place, but it is none of my concern.
What is my concern is putting all of the foolish fighting between our regions behind us. Some members of the SP are against this, but many more want to end the fighting. I look forward to conversing with you in hopes of building trust. LadyRebels will be joining me here to work out this agreement. Thank you for your time.

I am here, and I fully agree with this move.
So shall we talk Peace, Neighbors?

Just a glass of rainwater for me, thank you.
Freedom Fighter, with the official laying to rest of international tensions behind us, it is only logical that we formalize this ending of conflict with an official document, ensuring the long-term success of our diplomatic progress. If you care to, we can arrange a meeting of the NPO Senate and the heads of the South Pacific government to draft such a treaty. I cannot imagine there would be need for extensive scrutiny or negotiations in such an effort, and am optimistic that this historic agreement can be achieved in an expeditious manner. Please notify us of a preferred time/date when you would care to conduct this meeting, and we will try our best to be in attendance. If a simultaneous gathering is unworkable, indirect means of communication could also be used to achieve this end.
Thank you for noble proposition, and I am pleased to welcome you to the NPO forum.
-Francos Spain

Thank you Francos for the warm welcome. I myself am online at different hours of the day, so I don't know that I can set any specific time to meet. I will work on putting together a document that we can discuss. Like you said, there shouldn't be a need to have long negotiations on this. I feel that the majority of both sides are ready for peace. I'll see what LR and myself can come up with and post it asap.

I think that with both of us working together, the Pacific and the South Pacific, that with the differing time zones, and times to be online it would be a hard thing to do.
I know myself that being in college I can only access this part of the Internet at certain times, and not at all on others.
But with a posting of thoughts and actions here and in the SP, maybe we can pull it all together, to the happiness of both our Regions.

Just an update. I have drafted a treaty that is now being debated by the SP cabinet. When I have worked out the details I will present it here for the NPO government to discuss. Francos, would you prefer that I post it here or send it to you privately so that you may discuss it in private? Let me know. Also we are taking a poll of the general public to see how they feel about a treaty. So far it is very favorable to having the treaty with full diplomatic relations.

I am most pleased to learn of this peace. Perhaps some day, the North and West Pacifics will be joining the peace process.
