As amazing as it sounds, Francos Spain was deleted by a game "bug" during the down time. He exists again in the region of Lazarus. Neutered Sputniks has asked for a 2 day moritorium on endorsement activity in the Pacific so that Franco can return to his position as Delegate.

Frankly, the only way I can see this happening is with the assistance of his allies in the region. Naturally the foreign, barely organized Anti-Francoists have decided to ignore this moritorium set by a game moderator and have started to once again use their puppets to whore for endorsements as well as resume spamming the endorsers of Francos' allies.

Minister of Political Sanitation, Marshal of the Pacific, High Judge of the Pacific, Justice of Order and Safety, Chief of Infiltration and Counter-Espionage, Political Advisor to the Lord of the Pacific, State General of the Ministry of Propaganda and Agitation,
Prefect of the Praetorian Guards.

You know, the fact that Francos Spain was one of only a few nations in the whole game to be deleted while NationStates was down is really suspicious to me. It's my theory that one of the MOD's deleted Francos Spain against the wishes of the other MOD's, and now they don't want to own up to it.

A bug doesn't effect a single nation on nationstates. It affects a whole mass of them seeing as a bug is something that happens again and again because of a technical problem.
I remember seeing his nation not being in the UN for a short time and I am rather confused as you don't point this out. ;D
