Hey, its good old sedarva again. Sorry about the previous post, I guess I was just caught up in the moment. Anyway, its all cleared up now. I was wondering if we could have some kind of "new nation registry" in NS. The district attornies and/or governors could send welcome TG's to new nations that they happen to find in their province. Obviously not everyone would get one, but it could be another way to get newer nations interested in being in the government and could increase the NPO's respect among their citizens. Most of the NPO's citizens are completely unaware of the regional system of government in the Pacific, it could also prevent a few of the north pacific and ADN claims of some of the people not liking the NPO. By the way, you guys have won me over. I realize that some of the changes being made will probably be for the better. Anyway Cheers.

Actually, as I understand, one of the new Provincial officers under the new governor system, will do by and large what you've suggested.

Under the current system, the governor is expected to do just that. In the new systems, as Sarda points out, there will be a provincial officer appointed to do just that.

It is a concept El Caudillo wished to pursue further but at the time it was nigh impossible given the problems with attacks and Terrorist incursions we were experiencing. Sarda is correct in the statement it is something which will be addressed in the overhaul. Purple dinosaur stamp for Serdarva for thinking outside the box!

Purple would clash with that hideous Green Avatar you've chosen. Be a good fellow and get a B & W one or at least sepia...

and plus thats public info anyway, they could've found it out by just browsing the forums for a few hours like I did, remember, your senate doesn't have a password. And no, I'm not a crappy spy, I just noticed a lot of VERY recent stuff saying that they were this close to amassing some kind of force of over 200 nations or so from various organizations to raid the NPO, so I thought that it might help you guys if I calmed them down, It'd give you some time to create the new forums and stuff, w/o having to worry about those people.

OOC: I hav to admit that was pretty funny but . . .
IC: I have evidence showing that I am not a spy. -I only posted there once and as a guest -They didn't know me before that -It DEFENDS the NPO -I was posting by myself, with no one backing me or telling me to put that. -there are NO spylike writings in this: Having been in the pacific for quite awhile, I started to think that the NPO really was corrupt. It's present code is old, outdated, and allows no freedom whatsoever to its residence. However, there is hope. I plead my case before the NPO Senate and they gave me a spot in their government as a DA in the "T" District. They also assured me that their government will undergo many BIG changes to the code that will allow the citizens of the NPO to establish themselves in the government and to have a bigger voice. Being skeptical, I looked around the senate forums and court records, etc. and concluded that their government really was going to change. Hope that this pleases you all. By the way, I am posting this out of my own accord. I request that if you tell the NPO government at all, you refer to me as Anonymous.
-Sedarva
However, if the NPO government and secret police chooses to put me on trial for this, I am ready to stand in my defense before the high court of the NPO. -Sedarva

I personally vote to hold off on any sort of trial. I really don't think, from a logical standpoint, that any spy would make a post as a guest on a public board, rather then make the report directly to his or her superiors.
I don't believe prosecuting someone now, for what seems to me to be a mere criticism of past civil code enforcement... would be, for lack of a better word, appropriate.
Of course, if I find evidence otherwise, I'd press for a trial... but right now, I believe Sedarva is possibly sincere.
