The Holy Word is currently in negotiations about joining an alliance. Do we need to inform a representive of the NPO of this, and if so who?

That would depend largely of what you mean by alliance. Are you looking to become more active within the NPO or are you representing another region?

While we are looking at becoming more active within the NPO, this is not a regional alliance. We are currently in discussions about forming a Christian Alliance with various interested parties, from varying regions. (http://s8.invisionfree.com/christian_alliance)

Then start a topic in general, place your link for the organization in it and give a brief mission statement to avoid the general questions.

We'll do that. Our question was not about recruitment to the CA, and was instead a query about what the regulations were on NPO members being involved in other organisations.

As far as I know, things are fairly loose. As long as your not a member of a group trying to subvert and destroy, I can't imagine there being a problem

Right on the money. You do have freedom of association with non-subversive groups.
