Lets face it... Ceaser was always loyal.... to himself.... Did you know the 1st organisation he joined was 10k islands? Did you know he betrayed 10k Islands to invaders and got kicked out and banned from there? Did you know that the next thing he did was to jump upon the NPO bandwagon? Of course during this time he became an invader (after being a defender), he then betrayed the invaders and sold out to ADN (defenders)... I know, its fething confusing! seattlenews.proboards20.com/index.cgi?board=Broadcasts&action=display&thread=1082190219Why? The answer lies with the fact Ceaser believes that he can rise to the upper echelons of the Nationstates ladder. The NPO was just another common Rung in that ladder. What does he do next? He goes back to invading (and need I point out that he betrayed them once before) believing himself that he can be at the forefront of crashing. He has betrayed people so many times, I have lost count. He has switched sides and affiliations too much. He is a compulsive liar and flatters for attention. Why? He is a very young teenager (desite lying that he is in his 20s) with false hopes, ideals and the belief he can be 'powerful' in this game... Remember folks, its a game. You cannot win, lose or draw - It puzzles me too why I play it, perhaps it helps us escape the real world and we become addicted to this surreal world. Don't bring the worst aspect of your character into it, it will only end in tears and hurt. Peace!

this from a nation that has betrayed EVERYONE who has been nice to him.
I offer him saftey in my region once, I let him come into my region and join, and all he could talk about was invasion.
in the words of The modest Mouse (a band) "don't worry we'll all float on." some of sink to the bottom and love it there and others float to the top and only stay for a moment or so before the seaguls come to take them away.
And if we are talking about betrayal, it might be nice for everyone to know the number of times that Basod has committed treason against the NPO. he posted my own forum that Francos Spain was the baddy of the NS world. Basod has repeatly joined defender groups that are Anti-NPO. Bu t he sits here with the motto of pacific born, not breed
As many have said "this may be a game but it is a game that Basod continues to lose"
maybe he's had one too many bananas up his ass.

I do not feel that this is the proper medium for the flamebaiting that is occuring on this thread.
It is unfortunate that Ceaser has decided to turn his back on us in the NPO. Unfortunately for me, it was not unexpected.
That being said, I wish the former Governor well in his endeavors, pray we never meet on the battlefield.
Glory to the NPO now and forever!

Well said comrade Pierconium.
Caesar your comments were completely out of order.

I would also like to request the post of Governor over those nations residing in Province T. I notice only around half the posts are filled, and I'm personally eager to serve. If granted the post, I will do everything possible and within my power to fulfill those requisites laid out by Francos. As far as a name goes, I was thinking "Tantus Pacificus." And my oath: I would also like to ressurect the idea of a Provincial Board(s). I would however suggest a new category with a board for every five or six letters, each one moderated by the governors of said letters. I don't think this would discourage provinces without governors yet, but rather it would encourage those member nations meeting the prerequisites of governship to apply for the job. Thank you

The Disputed Territories of Doppelganger would be honored to be the Governor of Province G.
With Emperor Francos permission, I would like to rename Province G "The Graveyard of The Resistance."

Doppelganger (and other potential governors), I should point out that there are a few conditions you have to meet to be eligible to become a Governor:

Ahh, well perhaps Emperor Franco will make this one little exception this time. I sincerely doubt that he would make an exception. The reason being is that by posting here we have an opportunity to get to know who you are. Accordingly, the population requirement keeps from appointing some newbie as a governor (we don't want the blind leading the blind, so to speak). I have seen in the past applications for governorship in which the applicants were short in one or both requirements. I merely suggest that you make yourself known a bit better. After all, we do like to discuss stuff around here!

Some people requested the post after only a few posts, and than never showed up again. I believe it's reasonable to expect applicants to prove they're willing to be active, and at least give us a glimpse as to who the hell they are

Cheese and Bread! How do you get a count without counting them page by page? Is there an easier way?
If I may, Chosen Men is requesting province C, if no one else has any qualms. If approved, I intend to write either a PSA or a poem to mark the occasion.
I will wait to take the oath after my application has been approved. I realize I have been away for a time and many of you may need to get to know me again.
