Woah... Well, nice to see that some action has been taken to allow the grassroot supporters something to do. Sorry I haven't been around, El Caudillo. I take it that if I had been around, I would know exactly what was going on?

My reluctance in creating a board for Provinces is that I fear that the Provinces without Governors would feel as though they were not being represented. However, perhaps when a majority of the Governor positions have been filled, this stance will be reconsidered.
Also, I am deeply sorry Ukroatia, but as per the outlines specified in the beginning post of this thread, one must both have at least 10 posts on this forum and have a national population of at least 100 million to qualify for Governorship. I encourage you to reapply when you have fulfilled these requirements.
And continuing some of our recent endorsement reforms, I would like to annouce that Governors shall be exempt from the portions of the Civil Code pertaining to endorsements, provided that they are dealing with nations in the Province they represent. I encourage all Governors who are UN members to endorse their UN constituency and to wear the endorsements they receive in return as badges of honor.

Well, I know I'm pretty new here, so I'll understand if my application is not accepted, but I think meet the basic requirements, anyways, in my short time here I've already been having some fun, with posters[edit, just noticed this is sort of an unintentional pun, with people who post, but at the time I was thinking of propaganda posters], and with trying to help clean up the region, and I want to be more involved with the region and it's government, and so, I would like to humbly request governership of the modest 'Q' province

Good afternoon to all the fellow region and forum members. Jennivier continues to strive for activity, acceptance, and unity in this region. We have applied to many a things to make ourself of usefulness to the Pacific, to include the Senate, and now governorship. The great nation of Jennivier wishes to extend its hand in governing the nations of "J".

We are a new arrival to The Pacific having served in several other regions for quite some time since our inception in The South Pacific in October.
We have always been an active nation and hope to contribute greatly to the NPO. To that end we would like to offer our services to the nations beginning with the letter "V" (if such request has not already been made by another more worthy nation). If that letter is not available we humbly offer our services to any letter that our benevolent leader would select for us.
Thank you.

To be appointed a provential governor, you must have a population of 100 million people and have at least 10 posts in this forum. You don't quite meet the requirements, Pierconium. Be a little more active in the forums so we can get to know you better.

Thanks for the info Sir Paul. I currently have a pop of over 500 million and tend to be a little more reserved than most. I want my posts to count and mean something...anyone can put up 10 mindless posts in a matter of minutes.
But those are the rules and you have to have rules...
Perhaps once I have decided to contribute 10 meaningful posts to the forum there will still be positions available. If not, so be it.

You don't have to be a post whore, but there are meaningful ways you can post. The main idea of the minimum post requirement is so we can know who we are making governor. Replying to UN threads will allow us to see if you are more of an internationalsit or a nationalist. Weeding out civil code violators shows us you are civic-minded. Making a news tabloid shows us you have a sense of humor. You could enter the propaganda contest, or you could critque and improve our FAQ page. There's plenty of ways to post meaningfully in the NPO, and don't worry, I'm sure there will still be a governors seat left by the time you make 10 posts.

This should now be my 11th post on the forum...I hope to have several in the High Court forum as the days go forward as I have commited Pierconium to weeding out violators of Civic Code 1008.
If the Governorship of Region "V" is still available I would like to once again formally apply.
I, Pierconium, as a servant of the New Pacific Order and resident of the Great Empire of the Pacific, do swear by my faith, honor, and blood to fulfill the capacity of Provincial Governor to the best of my ability, to defend the Civil Code of the Pacific, and to carry out those actions in the best interest of the Region, as set forth by our benevolent UN Delegate, Francos Spain and the NPO Senate.
Thank you.
