Please forgive my plunging into this conversation.
Sometimes when venturing into projects or anything to do with negotiating an opening dialogue with a feared (and/or worthy) opponent, there is a need for a certain level of "posturing" so as to not appear weak, grovelling or in an inferior position. Honestly in such interactions which lack universal support in the home regions, there is more "Hell to pay" in going home than there ever is in the actual meeting between potential friends/adversaries.
The posturing is a delicate game and over correction is common by those who cannot "lose face" and subsequently, any support for what they are trying to do. My own experience indicates that it is better to grow a thicker skin for what "home" objections arise (not to ignore them though) and proceed with certainty of one's own guiding conscience and first hand observations.
Having been called a number of things, notably "An NPO commercial" and "Deluded fool," I'm no stranger to this and would encourage all involved to give each other more breathing room and not let our fears of reprisal prevent the work in which we all believe. The successful end product as well as the hand of time will be kinder to the proactive than to the reactive.

Well put SuuKyi, the Meritocracy has done well selecting you for diplomatic duty. You are well versed in the shadow game of duality which is Diplomacy.
I for one only got involved due to the snide manner in which the Grand Viceroy was being referred to. I found it offensive and have a comprehension of the massive work he is presented with in his position. I found the manner he was being referred to in less than flattering and felt it needed correction. I only apologize for the slap in the nose which was the cybering reference.
As far as LadyRebels statement regarding my access to the SP she is entirely correct. I choose not to access unless I have a mandate from the Senate to do so. I don't wish to be cast into a situation where I may be perceived as a representative of the NPO when I am not. I have no wish to speak for us unless I am told to.

Personally i would like to see a public version of the black list operated by goverment officals. We can put know enemies on it, and leave the guys we need to watch off it, just give us a list oof people we could guess anyways as publics enemies.
