Is it time for offensive action against our enemies? The PA has 33 nations (but it might be locked down?) and the FPA has only 157.
I tire of this constant defense!!! I want to unleash our power against our enemies.

The thing about that is, while brutally mashing them to pulp would be endlessly pleasing, there is nothing to keep them from simply making another region to annoy the Pacific with, like the "Neo-New-PacificArmy 5" or whatever. Plus, crashing their regions would only give them more "Anti-Francos" fodder. Moving in and kicking everyone out, or some-such action would result in making them angrier, and thus more annoying. Not to mention that during invasions, our home soil could become more vulnerable for a period of time. The reason would have to be pretty good to warrant such an expenditure of force.
On the other hand, what would be more amusing then if the NPO gained control of, say, The Rejected Realms? Heh heh heh...

Oh my. I thought Kandarin was working for us. Can it be that I've been wrong all this time? No!

If they are allready mad at us, why not just make them a little more mad. Besides, it would be fun!

So what of it? Should we start colonizing other regions? Spreading the NPO's ideas elsewhere? There have to be some smaller regions out there, right?

That sounds like a cool idea. The NPO spreads beyond its boarders and becomes more of a world power. I like it!!

There will be revolutions abroad likewise, comrades. However, it is not our position to force them. Let us give an example of what can be accomplished, and the observers will emulate.

Would you like us to encourage those revolutions from among those that live there?
Function as an NPO Internationale? Encourage others to follow our lead?

Here's a suggestion:
Maybe the senators can offer training to nations that are sympathetic to the way things are done here in the Pacific for nations that are in the other regions? It doesn't have to be too fancy, just the basics such as how to develop the government structure and the civil code, etc. By offering assistance abroad to those willing, the vision of the NPO could expand beyond the borders of the Pacific.

That sounds like something a spy would say. "I'll bet I could decrease the Pacific's popularity by trying to infiltrate their ranks and giving them suggestions that could be potentially disasterous to their cause! First order of business: why not suggest that they spread their anti-democratic ideals to other nations that don't know much about the game?"
What's your next suggestion, Mr. Hiss? Maybe we should put our enemies' minds at ease by sending them copies of Mammothistan's files! Right?

I think there's a difference between inviting others in and encouraging them to do it for themselves, don't you?
I think a far safer bet would be to encourage international revolution, especially if Francos chooses to not weaken his powerbase here. We don't invite them in, we encourage them to become like us.

Maybe we should put our enemies' minds at ease by sending them copies of Mammothistan's files! Right? Lighten up Bertram, you know that is not what I intended. The United States every year offers assistance to nations abroad to help with their military as well as government ideals. The US doesn't give away its secrets while doing so. All I was suggesting was if there were any parties that were interested in how the NPO functions, you and the other senators could offer them advice on how to implement the regime. I am not suggesting that you give them anything you don't want them to know. There may not even be any other nations in the feeder regions who would want an NPO-type government. You might be able to recruit them, train them, and let them do their thing without it affecting the Pacific. That is, if you and the NPO want to offer this kind of assistance. I in no way intended for secret material to get into anyone's hands.
