May I request to expand my province to cover the area of X? I realize now that I can handle Y almost too easily, so it may be a little more interesting to expand it a bit. X is not all that large either, and I notice a lot of civil code violaters tend to reside there (which I would like to work to root them out of there!).

Very well... I, Wabu-Dhati, do humbly apply for the position of Governor of region W. I swear to uphold the civil code, support El Caudillo, and deal fairly with all members of the NPO and of my region.

Thorin, perhaps you should change your governorship to a letter with more nations, instead of taking multiple small letter governorships. That way, those that want a small load will have it available.

I apologize for my delay in reviewing the current applications for Governorships. Dark Citadel, Jennivier, Pierconium, and WabuDhati have all been approved to attain the status of Provincial Governor over the letters they have chosen. For future reference, I would appreciate it if the oath could be given after the application has been processed. Those who have already given their oath shall immediately assume their office. Those remaining shall take their positions and have their names edited into the beginning post of this thread as their oath is submitted.
And Thorin, I'm afraid I'm inclined to agree with Sir Paul in his suggestion that you transfer Provinces if you are interested in representing a more populous constituency. I am sure you have grown close to those few in the Y Province you have been representing, but there is no shame in shifting to a Province whose size might be more aligned with the level of time and effort you are willing to contribute in this area.
I thank our new Governors and our soon-to-be Governors and wish them the best of luck in their new offices.

Your application is approved, Ukroatia. Your patience and enduring interest in the Pacific and the NPO is very encouraging. Your status of Provincial Governor over Province K shall be finalized upon submission of your gubernatorial oath.

I congratulate the new governors, and I encourage them to contact their constituency, and get them interested in getting involved in the NPO. I also am challenging all governors to be apart of project PURE (Pacificans Urging Righteous Endorsements) and keep Francos Spain the most endorsed delegate in the world.
